lina li (b. 1995) is a chinese-iraqi self-taught creative artist, based in amsterdam. the studio was born in the spring of 2023, realizing a long-lived dream, creating a space for her to experiment and discover new ways of expressing herself through new techniques and styles. lina’s work is intuitive, using mixed media to give space to her broad interests, combining everything she loves in art form. every piece and project reflects a specific moment in time in her creative journey.

growing up in between cultures, lina has a natural interest in the beauty and depth that resides in the world's different countries and cultures. through study and travel, she finds inspiration for her work and a way to express their and her story in art form. her journey is representative of her ever-evolving creativity. she now focuses on painting, yet is always exploring to learn new forms of art and expression.
